TLDR: Their global offerings and customer service need urgent and vital improvements. Use elsewhere if you can for international deliveries.

When they have lost track of a package they turn condescending and unhelpful- very much an 'it's your problem' attitude. This is certainly trained behaviour and no fault of any individual member of staff as it's how they've been taught to act. From a client's perspective though it feels disrespectful and discourteous and they need to rethink their systems and training. It's frankly pathetic. I have not known a company to run so well on client's need rather than want to use them- in future where possible I will certainly not use them.

I have paid for a service with Parcelforce Global Priority that is now very late, and communication failures between areas of the international company mean I APPARENTLY can't be given any information and have to call them on a daily basis because it is:

'a self tracking service and therefore it is the senders responsibility to track the parcels and contact us if they need further help'

So even though THEY are late and THEY have communication failures within THEIR team the late package is on MY head. They feel no urge to provide any recompense or to in any way lift a finger to help beyond 'ATTEMPTING' to contact the courier. They have supposedly tried to get in touch three times now- each time ONLY at my asking. The fact the courier has ignored these requests suggests that they either hold no respect for the company or he hasn't actually been effectively contacted. Either reason looks very bad on interparcel. 'Hey, when are you delivering that parcel?' is not the most taxing conversation, it should have been a two minute conversation- what gives? I certainly don't understand it.

Interparcel has not given me links to directly contact the American branch that SHOULD (but may not) have my package, who knows, after all the courier is ignoring them. So it is apparently on me to keep getting in touch, wasting my time, and continually getting frustrated by the lack of any news.
