DO NOT BELIEVE the good reviews - this is the most stressful and depressing way to buy tickets. Not only did we pay WAY over and above the face value of the tickets (OK that was our choice) but we still hadn't received the tickets by 3:30pm the day before we went and we only received them because I spent many hours on the phone trying to find out where they were. To add insult to injury we never received the tickets we actually purchased in the first place. We were on the other side of the O2 and several rows back! Save yourself a lot of heartache and find another way to get tickets - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Why shouldn't people believe the good reviews? Just because YOU didn't have a good experience that doesn't mean that nobody did.

Because like my self they have been wronged the company should have better agreement and conditions to the sellers as you could buy a ticket and say it was at the front but over the odds then get the tickets and its at the back so there needs to be a better agreement with the seller .
