after care

My company car was in earlier this week for a service and I must say the work done cannot be faulted in any way but the customer service I received from the showroom leaves a lot to be desired.

I went in to collect my car from the girl at the service desk, to be told they were at the other end of the showroom. Now this would have been fine but the girl did not even lift her head from her computer or acknowledge that I was there which I found terribly rude.

I approached the other desk, retrieved my keys and was told (with a pointed finger) my car was outside. Now trying to find a car in a carpark with approx. 200 cars is like looking for needle in a haystack. If it wasn’t for a young man coming out the workshop (thank you!) helping me out then I would never have found my car as it was at the opposite end of the showroom as to where I was.

I understand that in the evening people just want to get home but a little common courtesy isn’t a lot to ask for.
