I parked in the Short Stay Car Park on 03.03.2023 at a prepaid cost of £57 thinking it was better than 2 x taxi fares. On collecting the car on 10.03.2023. I discovered deep scraping and a dent to my near side rear door. It seemed like another vehicle had done this whilst reversing out of the adjacent space. I contacted Newcastle Airport Parking who advised that unfortunately they do not have CCTV to cover the area of the car park where my car was parked. The repairs cost over £400 and so my lesson learned I will not be parking there again.
