We have used other Meet & Greet companies in the past which we found to be ok, but IMI were beyond doubt better by a mile. Our car was collect by a friendly, knowledgeable & trustworthy man who could not have been more helpful. Helping us with suitcases etc. On return our car was waiting for us before we even arrived at the collection point despite terrible weather conditions and at ten to midnight! I will be using IMI again in July and thoroughly recommend them to everyone who wants trouble free Gatwick parking! Well done IMI & many thanks,

Was recommended to use IMI from a work colleague. Now used them around 5 times & recommend them to many more people. Always friendly & reliable even when traffic disrupts the plans. Makes live so much easier when traveling to away Fromm Gatwick. Great prices as well, will continue to use & recommend to others.

Booking was very easy with a very friendly receptionist to take our details. On arrival the driver was ready and waiting and efficient at logging the condition of the car. The car was ready and waiting by the time I walked out of the airport. I had requested a full valet for the car as a treat to myself for when I got back from my holiday and the car was immaculate - despite the multiple dog hairs!! I have used IMI twice now and would recommend them to any friends or family leaving from Gatwick airport.

Unfortunately we had to change our break by a day and IMI were extremely understanding. We called IMI as requested at the motorway junction and their very pleasant rep was there looking out for us. the car was checked over and mileage noted and we were given a document with the information on. On our return they actually called us when we were in the luggage collection point to tell us that they were outside and explained again where to meet them. A different but equally pleasant rep then handed the car over and we checked it with him and he saw us on our way in minutes. A great experience and actually cheaper than the park and ride with the usually full bus fighting with the luggage - and that of everyone else. IMI are highly recommended and we shall certainly use them again.

Although at the time of booking there were issues with the online system, it was easy to contact IMI by phone and email and get the booking finalised. The service feels very personal and when our arrival terminal was changed from South to North it was no issue, they came straight to the North to save us using the transfer. I have used IMI twice so far and both times the service has been excellent and very friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. I'm only giving 4 stars for ease of booking because of the online problem this time, but last time it was very easy.

On arrival they were there waiting =)eased my worries about leaving my car and being used whilst away etc, they were brilliant looked over my car at the start logged mileage etc and took my car then when we landed called number and by the time we were out of the airport our car was there =D Shining brightly as I paid for the park and clean service =) Gentleman made me check over car plus mileage then sign and that was it, so simple =D told most of family as soon as I returned home and my mum and dad got straight on the phone to book there car in =) took all the hassle worry and stress out of getting to the Airport and started our holiday off brilliantly =)

I used IMI parking at Gatwick airport while going for a 5 days holiday in Spain and I can't fault the service at all. I called just a few minutes before we got to the airport and We were met by a very friendly staff who took the car away . On our return, i just gave them a call after collecting the luggage and he was there to meet us on our return even though we came in through another terminal. The car was kept safe and was returned just as we left it. I will highly recommend them

Very convenient and cheaper than taxis. IMI were very helpful last year when I couldn't return to Gatwick on my intended flight, and when I did eventually return my car was warmed up and waiting for me outside the terminal.

I have only used meet and greet services twice. My first experience at Stansted with Meteor was disastrous with a long wait in the cold to pick up the car as well as having the car being damaged whilst in storage. I was therefore reluctant to use any meet and greet services again but decided to use IMI parking at Gatwick because of the good reviews they have. The service was excellent, quick drop-off and pickup, useful video showing drop-off point and reasonably priced. I will use them again and have no hesitation in recommending them.
