It took forever for the dresses to get here. They are ugly and they smell gross! Now I can't find any information on how to return them & get my money back! Total rip-off!!!

I ordered my daughters communion dress on April 3 2015. It was suppose to take 9 days. I paid extra for 2 day shipping. It is now April 22 2015 and they dress still hasn't shipped. I emailed 3 times before someone finally answered my and they promised it would ship April 15th and they were sending me a tracking number. It has not shipped, no tracking number provided and they are not returning my emails. My daughters day is ruined and I have to settle for a cheap ugly dress. Her heart was set on this dress and now shes devastated! Worst company EVER, DONT EVER BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!
