total sham avoid at all costs , read all reviws. Total RIP OFF!!

Sent off a great big bag of very good quality clothes. Got £3.76 what a disappointment. Never again.

Also I think they should send back if they don't want them. There was dresses in there of my daughters

that we paid a lot of money for. Very disapointed.

Poor collection---guy had no receipt---said --oh left it at depot!! should have known then that it was not the sort of company I wanted to use. They only send one huge bag that when full is VERY heavy. Other company I used sent two at half the content. I only got just over £6.00 as they said some were not suitable--I asked for proof, but was fobbed off with---we cannot take photos of any rejections, as far too many ---My clothes were quality clothes worth over £400 and some never worn, but too small. WOULD NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN

Sent clothes 30 kgs worth , was told weight was 23 kgs not true, then only some could be used , no photos sent re unsuitable clothing as website stated, tried to get 70 per kilo as Facebook advert stated , not possible to do so

Seems like someone making money out of us with no service

Very disappointed. I feel cheated but you learn by your mistakes . Wouldn't recommend.

I had exactly the same issues as a lot of other people

When i created an account I didn't get an email confirmation telling me my account had been set up and I wasn't sent a password to access my account.

I had to call up the number on the website to find out what my password was.

Getting the bag was straight forward and requesting a collection date was easy but once the bag was collected I didn't hear from the company until 4 weeks. I called and they told me there was a delay in sorting out the bags. Finally 4weeks later I got £2.88 into my PayPal account. Serious lack of communication.

I had to go onto my account online to find out most of it was rejected even stuff that had barely been worn.

Feel ripped off and annoyed ! Could have sold my stuff for more on eBay !

I recently used return to earn . Firstly after signing up it would not recognise my password , and after trying repeated times to send me a new one to my email address and it failing to do so I called the telephone number which wasn't easy to find on the website . I called numerous times and days later I finally got an answer so which a lady with very poor English said she couldn't help and to email the company . I done so and was told there was a delay with processing to which I waited . On the website it states up to 10 working days , I waited 5 weeks and was finally told my items weren't suitable . I can't help feel that this is normal practise , I wouldn't recommend ever .

I selected a date for pick up, but missed the courier as my door bell wasn't working. Courier was re-booked, but never showed up.

Return to Earn stated that the courier arrived and called my phone when there was no reply. Not true! I was in all day, the bag was left outside and a big neon sign put on the door stating the doorbell was broken.

No courier, no call....no return to earn. Will now give to charity.

I sent a large bag of good quality ladies clothes And shoes but received less than £5, I complained and thy sent a few pictures that I can't see anything wrong with. It's just a rip off wish I had seen the reviews before I filled the bag and sent it off .DONT USE THIS COMPANY

Please do not cheat people like this. People will loose faith in the system.
