Do Not Use!!
My wife received a quote via their website and after accepting the offer and sending off her late fathers gold jewellery, she received a bank transfer from a "Adam Grossman" nearly £100 short of the online quote!! After attempting to contact the company via telephone, we have had a ZERO response! We will be contacting the TRADING STANDARDS TEAM about this Company and urge any vulnerable people to AVOID THIS BUSINESS at all costs!!
Uncontactable. Gold Sent.no Money
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!I sent my gold in the pack they sent to me and that was it!! No money was received from them and I have tried to contact them daily on the phone with no response and the e mail address bounces straight back with a message saying that it is not a valid e mail address!!!
They don't have a shop so there is no way to get my money without going down a very costly path. Please be very careful before parting with your valuable items, I wish there had been a review at the time to make me think twice. Trust me, it leaves you feeling utterly conned and very angry....not a good feeling.
I paid for court fees and it was ruled in my favour HGR now owe me just under £700 i could have paid for bailifs to go and collect but what is the point if they have vanished it would be another £100 down the drain.
Having similar problems. Throwing good money after bad. Even though i received SOME money from this company, it was a £182.48p shortfall of what they initially quoted. Am taking them to court, but as you say, they seem to have vanished. If it is of any help, i do have another address. I have sent FOUR recorded delivery letters to this address, and have been signed for by "MATRIX". No reply however. MATRIX BUSINESS CENTRE, HIGHVIEW HOUSE, 167 STATION ROAD, EDGWARE, HA8 7JU.
To take them to court costs me another £35=; this is returnable if found in my favour.
Hi there, did you get any response from them in the end I have taken them to court and they seem to have vanished of the face of the earth.
I Posted Gold Off To Them On March 3rd And Recieve
I posted gold off to them on march 3rd and recieved £980 on the 5th march, a shortfall of £259.51. I rang thier number and left a message for them not to scrap my gold and to contact me. Upon advice from C.B I sent a signed for letter to the address on website and this was returned 11 days latter, NOT AT THIS ADDRESS.. They emailed me and said they emailed me with the price but I never got any message from them and they never telephoned me....I am now in the process of taking them to courT.. i WOULD SAY do not use this company......

I sent some gold off to Hatton Garden refinery yesterday. I received payment for the gold today but no one called me or emailed me with a price for the gold. The price I got was a bit more than the high street but not nearly as much as was quoted on the website. I would not recommend this company and have emailed them asking why no one contacted me.

I strongly recommend this company!! I had the money in my account the day after i had sent my mothers jewellery and the price was considerably better than my local jewelers offer.
The staff are friendly and helpful and the gold pack made it so easy for me. I would defiantly use again and recommend to all my friends.

Avoid This Company
Posted 40g of 10K gold in the form of a chain and a 1.9g platinum ring. Online quotes from their website gave a figure of £431.46 just for the gold. The package was signed for the next day and heard nothing further from them that day. Contacted a day later to be told they'd had a delay picking up their deliveries and that they'd tried to contact me (which they hadn't). Heard nothing further from them but had a mysterious payment go into the bank for the sum of £314. Obviously I'm not at all happy with this amount and them going back against their quote. I now have the laborious process of getting the deal cancelled and my gold back from them. Have contacted them so we'll see what happens but I'd stay clear if you are thinking of using these guys.
Totally Unprofessional
I sent dental gold to Hatton Garden Refinery on 2nd April 2015 and it was received and signed for on 9th April 2015. I have heard nothing from them either by phone or email despite me calling and emailing them several times.
I am fully aware of the robbery that took place at Hatton Garden over the Easter weekend and I appreciate this may have contributed initially to the delay in contacting me. However as my items arrived and we're signed for after this, 5 days ago, I expected to have been contacted by now.
Not returning calls or emails is unprofessional. At the very least put an update on your website or leave a voicemail or automatic return email to update your customers and reassure them that your reputation as a professional and ethical business is deserved.
