Now seriously i got the $7 bonus won nothing at all about 4 weeks later I got a email saying they have given me $5 credit to try my luck and yes had few good wins and seriously got it up to almost $20.000 so I asked about withdrawing some and got told I would have to make a deposit then play that and 33% or something like that and I could withdraw money fives I asked and got the same answer so guess what I did make a deposit of $10 because I was told doesn't matter the amount deposited then all of a sudden was told because it was a bonus to start with I could only withdraw $200 but I needed to email them my id and a bill with my current address on it and a authorized letter I had to print out sign and then scan letter and email it all back then they could tell me if I could withdraw I don't have a computer or printer at home and I told them from the first day I spoke to support and from then all of a sudden I was not getting any wins I tried all games still nothing so $14,000 I played it down and down and maybe few little wins but nothing I will never play on this site again and I will always give them a bad name I am so upset (not the word I put in here but got told to change it) off with them from the start never give the right information and always trying to get me to deposit never again

Lost some money on this site, wont let you close your account , they keep palming me off . i have a gambling problem . Have sent emails and gone through live chat still not joy.

I made account in these side, i get 7€ no neposit. I played and win almoust 400€. Then i wash talking in the chat about deposit and withdraw, everyone wash very nice and i get good support help.

I asked would be a problem to the withdraw because i had my driverlicence my old last name ( surname ) but i have official document for my name change.

They answer that if i got the document that should be a problem.

Then i make a deposit played needed wagering and make withdraw 200€.

I send all the document´s 3 times before i getting answer that my account was closed and my money has been transfer away from me.

I try to ask them an email and chat and nobody answer me. The chat close the side when i askd for the reason...

Every else my card i had my last name right.

So they took my money, even the deposit.

Don´t ever deposit anything in this side!!!!
