A river cruise which we were due to go on was cancelled early March 2020. I was offered a full refund within 14 days. I am still waiting for my refund as at 12th May 2020. Calls are eithernot answered and when they are, no information is given. I believe that ROL have received the refund from the cruise line but that this money has not be repaid to me. I have had no alternative other than to threaten legal action. This company should be avoided at all costs. To add insult to injury they almost daily send me brochures for forthcoming cruises.
