Had a 2860n router - great bit of kit until it went wrong. Draytek arranged pickup under warranty by DPD and a week after it was picked I got a call from a total stranger in london who had taken delivery of my broken modem! Luckily he was kind enough to get in touch with me as draytek took no responsibility at all & said until they got the modem they would not send me a replacement. Now arranged to get the modem picked up again and they say they will only fix it, not replace it! Not sure what happens if they can't fix it! Always recommended draytek, not any more as their UK customer service is appalling!
