I ordered the Ladies' Elegant Cambric With Bowknot Bowler/Cloche Hat - red. The hat itself would have been okay, had the packaging not been so poor. The rim of the hat had been folded over to fit into the box which has left a fold line in the rim. Further the top of the hat is full of what look like finger dents. The hat was unwearable. I bought an alternative to wear instead. I wouldn't use the site again.
