Horrible!

This company was very unprofessional in my experience. I ordered two dresses, but had to return them because they were too large, and were poorly fitted. Before I recieved the return adress they kept pestering me for photos of where the dresses didn't fit, which is very creepy in itself. Even after photots were sent, they did not want to give a full refund. They just offered two other alternatives: Keep the dresses and get 50% refund in coupons, or return the dresses and get the full amount in coupons. This is completely unacceptable, because their website states that they will accept returns and give a full refund, no questions asked, if everything is unused. After several weeks, even months of e-mails back and forth, they finally accepted a full refund. They keep spinning out the time in hopes that you as a customer cave in and accept their horse manure offer. Do not shop here, they are very unprofessional and their customer service is horrible. Never shopping at JJshouse again!
