Don't waste your time, you'll waste your money!

Save yourself the time, energy and cost and buy something from Australia. You don't end up saving money and you'll stress and be disappointed. The people that have posted good reviews must have been paid, seriously!

Ordered a bridesmaid's dress custom make. Dress arrived within timeframe however the fit was horrible, so big!! nothing like it looked online. I'm roughly a AU 10-12 size so it should have fit similar to the one online... Nope!! It was ridiculous! The point in the breast cups where darts are and nipples should be were sitting up 2" down from my collarbone! Wtf?? I took photos and sent it to them straight away, I got a reply back within a day saying "I'm sorry you feel this way" not "I'm sorry we stuffed up" like it's my fault?? They offered me 40% refund of the dress price, which was only $90 from the $300 I paid, to go it altered. I ordered a custom make so I didn't have to get it altered!!! I took it to two different dressmakers and neither could do anything apart from cut it up and keep the bottom half and turn it into a skirt :( The other two bridesmaids had similar experiences. One of them told JJ's that she'd be posting a bad review and they offered her a higher refund if she didn't. Pathetic. We all ended up having to buy other dresses elsewhere. I don't know how they are still in business. Just awful!
