Ok, so this is a hard review to write. The prices of these dresses are great for those of us on a budget! However I did not have the best experience at this store.

To book an appointment and "like" dresses online was simple and effective, I loved that whole process. When I turned up the staff were very welcoming and helpful. I showed my lady a selection of dresses and told her my budget ($500) and away we went! After several dresses I started to get an idea of what I wanted (I had NO idea to begin with) She kept promising me we would find 'the dress' and ring that bell. And it was all going so well, we were watching other brides, crying and emotional finding the perfect dress and I have to admit for a moment I got caught up in it all. and then even better.. i found THE dress!

She cheered, we cheered, everyone around us cheered, I then asked the price.. "$1200" "What?" "This one is $1200" Errrr ok lady this is $700 over budget!!! Not cool. Not cool at all. "Let me speak to the manager and see what we can do" Phew ok!

No see you are not getting the point here. I told you my budget. $500. Why on earth would you put me in a dress that was more than double that? By this point my family are just not being helpful "Oh just get it, it's perfect" - No this is regardless of the point now, now I am just upset and annoyed.

Which she obviously knew so she suddenly disappeared?! so did the manager?

So I carried on by myself, trying on some of the sale rack items, hoping for something similar. no luck. Next time I saw her she was round the other side helping another client!! I left, very upset by my treatment towards the end of the session.

Good points

- it's a great place to try on lots of different dresses, especially if, like me, you have no idea what you are looking for.

- They make you feel a million dollars and really help you find your style

- The staff are knowledgable and have so many accessories to hand to help you get an idea of what you may look like.

- their online service and website is great, I love being able to 'favourite' things.

- Prices are very reasonable.

Bad points

- They will put you in dresses you cannot afford

- and then ditch you when you say no
