I ordered my wedding dress from these are good 8 months before my wedding in 2013. It did not arrive. Upon trying to get my money refunded, the company could not be traced with even an ip address. I paid £175 in total and ended up borrowing my niece's dress! I cannot believe that they are now advertising again.DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE...I cannot reiterate this enough. Total Rip-off Merchants!

I ordered my wedding shoes from yolu about 6 months before the wedding. They were beautiful but too small so I ordered another pair. I did not query the orginal pair at that point, but realised later they were a size smaller than I had ordered. However the second pair arrived and they were just dreadful. I had paid £15 extra to get them customised (wide fit etc) but they were not what I ordered and were massive, must have been about a size 10.

I immediately complained, they admitted they had made a mistake but refused to refund. Instead they said they would send another pair as long as I paid another £10 shipping fee. I wss not happy to do this and pay more considering it was not my fault but as it was coming up to my weddding and I couldn't find shoes anywhere else I agreed and sent the extra £10. They then didn't send another pair. I followed up with numerous emails and was just ignored. The stress this caused me right before my wedding was awful, and I ended up having spent about £130 - for 2 useless pairs of shoes and one pair that never arrived. Awful service, they clearly don't speak English properly either. Total rip off merchants.

Ordered a gorgeous pair of white satin, diamante shoes for my wedding in August! Was delighted that I had found them, was slightly dubious about ordering from abroad but they assured me I wouldnt be charged import costs as they would mark the parcel as 'a gift'... they were quick enough to reply to that enquiry!! Anyway, after ordering on the Fri night, from the following Weds I could no longer load the webpage, therefore no point of contact. The only confirmation of order I had was a PayPal receipt... Funnily enough, the money was taken quick enough!

Needless to say I'm absolutely gutted and the search for the perfect wedding shoes starts again...

Hope people think of using these kind of sites before getting ripped off!

Stick to the British sites I reckon!!

I ordered what I thought were my perfect wedding shoes on the first of May. I was told 6-10 days for delivery. It is the middle of June and they still haven't arrived. I have tried to email the company but my email has been returned undelivered. I have lost my money and now I have to try and find an alternative with the time I have left. Don't go there. You will only be disappointed like me.

Never order from this website!! I ordered gorgeous white sparkly shoes 7 weeks ago and still no sign of them. They didnt reply to any emails. Im so annoyed cos they were perfect for my wedding :(

Contacted paypal to try and get money back but im a couple of days out of the 45day cut off??? They're ridiculous too!! It's the 2nd time I've purchased clothing/shoes online- never again!!!! Going to go through my bank to get money back so fingers crossed :)

I ordered two pairs of hand made shoes which were very nice although they did come up small and needed to be returned. The post office wanted £55 to return two pairs of shoes to China so I agreed to keep them. Yolu agreed to refund me 25% off my next order which despite 7 or 8 email reminders they have not done. I dont expect to see any money from them now but I wish I had known beforehand, so please be aware of the costs involved if the product doesnt fit.

Yolu were quick to answer any query I had prior to ordering but they are not interested in refunding money owed or answering queries post purchase.

Ordered my wedding shoes over a month ago and even paid for the "super express 3-5 days shipping" and still no shoes in the post, so angry and my wedding is fast approaching. Have sent them numerous emails and of course no response, money was paid through PayPal and taken outve my account immediately, is it still possible to get my money back and tell this shitheap company where to shove their shoes???

i have ordered a pair of white shoes and its almost a month now but i HAVEN'T received my ORDER. i payed trough PAYPAL, i have an acknowlegement RECEIPT, but when i enquired about the SHOES, no RESPONSE. i sent literally a hundred emails and messages but i never hear from YULO. i just wish that they wont get away with IT. whoever is responsible i just hope they will go to jail!!! i hope THERE'S somebody from the authority who will look into this online companies. this has to STOP!

Well the website is glossy and shiny but so far that is all.

Ordered shoes last week, took payment via paypal but no acknowledgment or notification of order .

Despite two emails , no communication from them whatever.

After searching the high street shops for white wedding shoes I came across this website and thought I had found the ideal pair of shoes for my wedding. The website stated that the shoes were handmade to order and they were very reasonably priced I placed the order on 20/03/12 and didn't hear anything else form the seller until my shoes eventually arrived on 17/04/13. When I opened the box the shoes inside were far from what the picture on the website resembled, there were no diamante's on the shoes as pictured on the website, instead there was a voile mesh with silver asterix's printed. As the shoes arrived so late(the day before my 1st dress fitting) I had to go out that night to try and find another pair of shoes. I have contacted the seller to try and arrange a return/refund but have not heard anything back & after reading some reviews (I wish I had read them before buying these shoes) I don't expect to see any of my money back. Please do not make the same mistake and avoid buying your shoes here !

P.S. i found a gorgeous pair of diamante shoes and bag in quiz for half the price! :-)
