They have mentioned a unique feature of “free sketch design” which I think a pretty good feature to offer to their customer. This way you can describe you thought, felling and style idea to their dress designer and they create the perfect design for you, so this is great.

As the tag line say, you can fully customize your wedding dress, there designers and tailors design, stitch the exact dress with perfect color combinations and measurements. There designers are well experienced and highly qualified. Located in Bend, US and Shanghai yes my bride is service all around the world. The company has grown to 58 employees now, it’s a great development and they have served about 130 countries, quite an achievement, impressive.

Talking about product order, customization, production and delivery the company provides an easy to follow communication system by email, skype, Phone call or direct location visit.

It takes about 3 to 5 weeks to deliver the final dress to the customers and the development phases are divided into sketch designing, sketch finalization, material finalization, dress proof confirmation – then designers and tailors produce the perfect wedding dress for you. The whole system make thing easier for the customers and ensure the quality and timely delivery of dress.

Ordered wedding dress 11/4/13 received early December, 2013. It was to be a rush shipment. It arrived in a bag, all folded up! Not the quality expected. It appeared to be an off-white dress, but was white white. The dress needed more altering than you can imagine to have been wearable. I am returning but have to return to China. Yes, China!! This is where they claim the it was shipped from. Very, very disappointed. Would not want anyone to go through this.

It has been 9 months now. THEY ARE A HORRIBLE COMPANY. I was in a wedding in march and needed to order a dress. After waiting 8 weeks I received a dress that had the wrong measurements. So I contacted them. NOTHING. So I had to order another one and finally when I thad the chance to tell them my predicament they said they would refund my first purchase. they never did. Here we are 6 months later and nothing. They havent given me my refund, nor do they respond to me anyone. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I hope that whoever maybe be thinking of making a purchase from yesmybride reads this review and heeds my warning!!!!!!

PLEASE! PLEASE! PLEASE! DO NOT BUY OR EVEN THINK OF ORDERING A GARMENT FOM THEM.

I hope the authorities will close this site down because of the misery & dissappointment buying from this so called company causes.this site is a front.A person sees a lovely picture of a wedding gown,or prom dress thinking that when you place your order and pay ,that is what you will get.WELL BELIEVE ME YOU WILL NOT.I should know because it happened to me.I thought I was pretty clued up when buying on line but how wrong I was.

I ordered and paid for a dress for a special occasion.the dress i eventually received was a total disgrace and not at all like the picture of the dress i had ordered.I cannot go into the whole sorry saga of what happened to me,but it has taken me to the edge of a breakdown for months to get my bank to get my money back.

This is a bogus site ! What they do is show pictures of lovely designer type gowns at discount prices,you then order one of these lovely dresses ,but what you receive if you are lucky to get anything at all is a rag! Its as simple as that .

The company will confirm yuor order& take your money (paypal would not touch them with a barge pole) thats why they want you to pay either money order or use your bank account.A credit card company wouldnt touch them either, they will keep in touch by email until they have got your money ,then they send you the goods .Obviously when you wait eagerly for your longed for dress and open your parcel,it is only then you will realize what has happened.

You can forget about complaining & asking for your money back you will get nowhere and you will not get any response from them.the telephone number they provide will not get answered,all you can do is leave a message but no oe will get back

to you.

This happened to me and others,so PLEASE BE WARNED DO NOT USE THIS SITE EVERTHING IS BOGUS I HAVE REPORTED THEM TO THE AUTHORTIES BUT I DO NOT KNOW WHAT WILL BE ONE.

If i can prevent someone from making the same mistake as I did then I will not have suffered in vain.

1st of all, they sent me the wrong dress..... a completly different one. then the # i called on there website answers "Bueno" and does not speak english. THEN i demanded a next days shipping they said they will get it to me in 4 days, and it has been 12 days, still no dress!!!!

I placed an order with YesMyBride.com via email for 4 fabric swatches for $25 so I could pick a color before ordering a bridesmaids dress. I was so impressed with the website, custom options, and perfect fit guarantee, quick production time, and exceptionally reasonable price, that I was willing to pay and make sure I got the perfect color

Within 48 hours of my initial email, the seller and I exchanged 7 emails that were all promptly responded to in which we agreed to a product and price. This correspondence was so quick, despite the choppy English and Chinese name, I felt I was dealing with a totally reputable business. At which point I sent the payment through PayPal and confirmed my shipping address to the seller.

Now two weeks later, I have never received confirmation of shipment and never received the product in the mail. Since sending payment, I have emailed the seller asking if my package had been mailed. Although I received swift replies to my first emails before I had paid, now after my payment was processed I received NO replies.

At this point, I looked on the website for a phone number to call and could not find one. RED FLAG! Who doesn't have phone number?

Since this situation was getting very suspicious, I take another look at the dress I was going to order and realize that the photo on the website is actually of a designer dress that has been visible Photoshopped. I then Google the picture and find the same picture on luckyweddinggowns.com, judysbridal.com, bridesmaidswire.com, and more. foryoudresses.com at least admits that it makes designer knock offs and promises your dress will be 96% like the dress shown in the picture. 96% like shown??? Listen, these are not going to be quality dresses!

After realizing this was a company from China presenting with a U.S. address, I emailed again to cancel the order and refund the money.

They again have not responded and there is not other way to contact the company. I have disputed the payment with Paypal. I am just happy I realized what it was like early on before I had actually ordered the dress.

This company is clearly not reputable and has failed to provide the product they promised. Furthermore, they are failing to provide any communication with me ever since receiving payment. Don't risk your big day with a dress from Yes My Bride!

I bought a dress from them only for the dress to get here 3 day after the function that I wanted to use it for. As if that was enough i tried to fit the dress and not even one of my leg could fit in it and the colour was wrong. I tried to contact them and they told me they were going to give my refund and up to now no money has been given to me.

The dress was even better than in the picture. It have made in very high quality - fabric was too top quality. Size is exactly right. The dress was perfect and looks gorgeous.
