I have purchased a dress from here. My wedding is in 9 days and it still has not turned up even though its been twice the amount of waiting time. I emailed them and all they could say is that if it does not turn up on time they will give me a refund. What am i supposed to do now? I either purchase a new dress for extra cost to me off the rack and then if it does turn up ill have two dresses one of which i will have to try to end up selling to recoup the cost somehow. From what ive heard anyway their measurements are off so even if it does turn up there will be no time for fittings. And the worst bit is they don't even care. They just keep telling me not to worry. Well guess what i am. From doing my research this is not the first time this has happened. Honestly girls, buy off the rack. There is plenty out there on sale if you want to save money. By the way from the English they use I believe they are all written by their company.
