I unfortunately did not have a good experience at all with this vendor. I ordered my guest favors which totalled $0.80 each 1.5 months before my wedding. They were supposed to ship to me within one week. the 1st issue was that upon receiving my credit card bill I was over charged to $1.50 each and when I tried to get this fixed I received no reponse. They called me a liar even though I had proof. They also upped the cost of shipping from $15 to $30 last minute as well as my wedding came and went and my favors didn't ever show up. Every time I called they would say it was still being processed for shipping. I had to go last minute with candy favors and I had told many family members what my favors were so that was upsetting. All in all horrible customer service and I cannot comment on quality as they never did show up. I had to contact my credit card company and reverse the charges. Needless to say I was very disappointed. The owner Eugene got involved which I thought would help things but really it only made things worst customer service wise. :(

I loved the look of this cute boutique like wedding store. Lots of ideas for favors and great selection. Staff was very accomodating.

The customer service was excellent. They helped me with my order, i used the online chat service which was helpful, I didnt have to pay long distance phone charges. I loved all their products and I did my own weddingthings.com shopping spree!
