My own shoes and bag were dyed and the colour match is perfect. The service was speedy and the shoes and bag were delivered the day after I was told they would be dispatched. The couple I spoke to by phone could not have been more helpful.

I loved my wedding shoes and wanted to be able to use them again after the wedding. I sent them here for cleaning and dyeing and I feel I have a brand new pair of shoes. They even glued back on a couple of rhinestones. The shoes were in a real state and I had tried cleaning them myself with no success. I now have an utterly beautiful pair of midnight blue satin sandals to go with an evening gown. I was very impressed with the service.

Having looked around for shoes for weeks I eventually found a pair I thought I liked. I ordered the shoes. When I received the shoes they were too small, so I put them back in the box and sent them back. I was told that I could not have a full refund as the shoes were worn and the box was damaged! Where exactly do you wear a pair of wedding shoes to other then your wedding?????? I put the shoes on once, with socks on, on carpet. As for the damaged box....they were sent through the post so no doubt on the way to me and the way back the box probably got damaged. So that is how they justify not giving a full refund?! I could go on but they have already wasted too much of my time.

Do not buy from this site unless you are prepared to wait a long time and are 100% postive that you love the shoes as otherwise you will be disappointed. I would never recommend them. The caused unneccessary stress, money and time.

i sent in my own shoes to be dyed (after the wedding)to this company, they also cleaned them for me for £8.50 which was excellent as they were very muddy! i had them dyed dyed black and they now have a new lease of life, i was dubious about sending them as they were expensive (jimmy Choo) but they are perfect and i would not hesitate in recommending them if you need your shoes dyed.

I did not wish to visit loads of wedding shops hoping to find shoes in the style, colour, heel height with a wider fitting for me

It is always worrying to purchase online but I found exactly what I wanted from wedding shoes direct so took the plunge.

Shoes arrived within 2 working days before I went to work which was helpful. They were in perfect condition and were exactly what I wanted. I did phone the number on the website and spoke to a real person before I received the shoes as I was worried that they would be too wide but I was reassured.

I would recommend this website to anyone.

I purchased a pair of shoes for my daughters prom and had them dyed to match her dress they were a perfect match and she looked stunning in her outfit on the night. everyone commented on her shoes and how the colour matched so well. I would recommend them to anyone with a special occasion to use wedding shoes direct, the customer service was second to none.

Originally purchased shoes for a wedding which had to be returned as the fit was not right. Delivery was extremely prompt but had to wait the full 28 days for a refund. Subsequently purchased shoes elsewhere and sent them to Wedding Shoes Direct for dyeing. Could not fault their service and the colour match was perfect. Shoes arrived within five day service requested. Would not hesitate in recommending them to others.

I ordered a pair of wedding shoes, but I had to send them back as they were the wrong size. It took at least 3 weeks for a refund to appear in my bank account, and after several emails it finally arrived. According to this company, it takes up to 28 days for a refund, and I think this completely unacceptable. To make matters worse the refund that I recived was £3.61 less than what I paid for the shoes, and there was no explanation. I have emailed the company to try to find out a reason, but their customer service is awful so I doubt that I'll hear anything. I will NEVER use this company again, and I would advise others not to either. I even sent an email to complain about their refund timescales and poor customer service, and they did not even apologise.

I sent my wedding shoes to this company to have them dyed black so that i could continue to use them after the big day. THey have been ruined. The dye has not been put on the whole she, there are gaps in the dye and the soles have run dye on them where they have been careless and it has dripped.

I also posted them in their original box with another box for padding they were however returned to me in a thin posting bag so the original show box has been completely ruined in the post.

I would not advise you send you shoes to weddingshoesdirect.

I have recently braught some shoes for my wedding from this company, they were very good quality, and i was pleased with the service i received, i placed my order over the telephone which i prefer, they arrived quickly so it was a hassle free experience, which is what you need when you are planning a wedding! would recommend them to family or friends.
