I Have Not Received My Order

I placed an order a month ago for unity candle holders but have not received my order. My card was charged and I have been unable to get a hold of anyone- the site is down and when I've called, it goes to a full voice mail box. Terrible service and a rip off.

Someone should do something about this. I have read other reviews and realize a number of people have had this issue. Is this a scam???

They Stole My Money!!

I never received a $300.00 order but the money is gone out of my account! Like planning a wedding isn't stressful enough! The phones are all disconnected and the site is closed for maintenance. This sit is garbage and a scam!

They stole my money too! No website, no working phone number! My wedding is less than a month away and now I have to go re-buy everything I have already paid for once and never got. DO NOT TRUST!!!!!

So Aggravated

Placed an order two weeks ago. My card has been charged and still have not received my order. I have tried to call and email without any response. Terrible. Complete SCAM.

Same things here. Just got off the bank to dispute the charge on my card. Their telephone number on my bank statement has been disconnected; their telephone number on my invoice indicates that the voice box is full; they are responding to emails; and their website is now under maintenance.

Not Happy !

I placed an order with weddingaccessories.net on July 22nd, as of today (August 7th) I have not received my order. I tried pulling up their website and it says the website is closed for maintenance. I tried calling the phone number several times as well and it goes straight to a voicemail that says "the mailbox is full, please hang up". The worst part is, they charged my credit card for $109.87 the day I placed the order. I am very dissapointed in this experience and the way they handle their business. My wedding is in 2 months (Oct 6th), looks like I have to start over again with a more trust worthy company.

I'm going through the same thing. Although I just placed my order ten days ago. I went online to get a delivery status and I too am seeing that their site is closed for maintenance and when I call their voice mail is full. This morning I called the number that's on my bank statement for their company and it has been disconnected.

Received My Package Very Quickly!

Before I ordered the wedding flutes I read all the reviews about weddingaccessories.net Every one (99%) complained about delivery being late. Since my wedding is next year, i decided to place an order anyway (thought, it should come until my wedding in October,2012). Guess what?!- I received my beautiful wedding flutes in less then a week. My advice ladies: order in advance, not the last minute and you will not need to stress your self before your special day, also you will complain less. Wedding flutes are great and worth more then $25 that I paid. I am definitely going back and getting more things from their website!

After Reading The Other Reviews I Took A Chance Or

After reading the other reviews I took a chance ordering from weddingaccessories.net. The reviews stated that the shipments took a very long time to arrive. I had a lot of time before my wedding so I decided to order. I placed my order on 3/6/11 and received my complete package 3/14/11. I was very pleased with the quality of my order as well as the speed with with it was received. I would definitely recommend this company to a friend.

We Ordered Our Personalized Toasting Flutes And Ma

We ordered our personalized toasting flutes and matching servers from this website cause they were cheaper than other sites. To my dismay after making the purchase, I read the reviews and how poor their service is. The items were ordered to be shipped in three days, extra money was paid and we are still waiting. My fiance was supposed to receive the items while in the US, he has since left and we dont know when we will get our things. Calling their number is a waste, it goes straight to the answering machine and you have to send them numerous emails. I would NEVER recommend this company to my worst enemy and can only pray that the items are delivered in time for our wedding. Poor, poor, poor. 0 stars!!!!!

Ok So I Found This Site And Loved It...ordered Som

Ok so I found this site and LOVED it...ordered some things on July 3rd and they just came in yesterday July 26th. I had to email 3 times to get them to tell me what the problem was and this was after they had already charged my card and took my money! Sadly...I found a headpiece I liked as well and stupidly ordered again...says it ships out within 5 days...its been 5 days and still on "ordered" status. Horrible website. Wouldnt recommend to anyone...especailly the jewerly...came in looking super cheap and one of the pearls was broken off...great.

I Ordered 'signature Picture Frame With Engravable

I ordered 'Signature Picture Frame with Engravable Metal Photo Mat' and 'Personalized Wedding Ribbon 55 ft roll' on 06/24, but I have not heard back from them on any update or shipment info (today is July 9). This is not the first time I am ordering some personalized items, but this site seems to be taking too long. I have two more weeks for my wedding, and I am not even sure if the order will make it. If only I knew it would take them this long to get two simple shipments out..... I emailed them about five hours ago & still waiting/hoping for a response. UGHHHH never again.

I Will Not Recommend This Site. I Can't Not Get In

I will not recommend this site. i can't not get in touch with the customer service at all I ordered it in june 13th and i haven't got yet it is now july 6th and still waiting for the shipment. I called and no one called me back. I tried the customer service web site, no luck to get into their site. it's stressing me out.
