They charge around £50.00 more than the .Gov official service. Their terms and conditions are drafted with the usual weasel words which they use to justify their devious business tactics. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.

I have been waiting for certificates since March. They constantly blame Royal Mail. They fob you off that the managers/finance/refunds staff are not working. They give you 48 hours to ask for a refund and reasons and then straight away they say my criteria was not met.

Instead always make sure you go to a .gov website as you will get the same certificate for a 10th of the price and quicker better delivery.

I honestly don’t know how these people look at themselves in the mirror everyday when they know they are happy to take peoples money and have no intentions of supplying the certificates. I spent nearly £400.

Please complain to Trading Standards should you have experienced the same as me by calling Citizens Advice Bureau.

Waited a month for my children's birth certificate. Never came and told the contract expires. They refused to refund, despite extortionate prices. If you live in blackburn, where it would seem their offices are based, please call the police to investigate this business for malpractices. This company need to be taken off the map and ideally all involved imprisoned.

Paid for a replacement birth certificate on the 10 June, still waiting. Took up a dispute with Paypal and lost. They still have my money and I never got the goods I paid for. Beware of this site, absolutely disgusting.

I ordered two birth certificates and paid for the speedy search and dispatch. 18 days later 1 has still not arrived and the other one could not be found. I only learned this when I contacted them as they did not either e-mail or phone me. They took the money I paid in full and made no mention of a refund until I threatened to report them to Paypal. They do not provide the service advertised at all
