Placed an order with truth-charms on 3 January 2011 and am still waiting for delivery on 21 January 2011.

Contacted them on 11 January and was told the order would be dispatched in the next couple of days and I would recieve a dispatch email. Never recived this email and obviously my goods have not been dispatched.

Have emailed again and been told they will "hopefully sort it out soon" I don't hold out much hope of ever receiving my order.

Useless, avoid at all costs.

This company usually have a lot of sales and are really quick in delivery. No problems at all and lovely packaging.
