Ordered shoes beginning of March still have not received them. Sent numerous emails no response eventually got an email to say out of stock but had them in again and would be with me within 2 days. Another week on still have not received them. Asked for a refund and no response to email. Awful customer service, here is hoping they cancel my order.

Please avoid using this company. I have been chasing a refund for wedding shoes I retuned months ago and they have never processed my refund and will not respond to any of my e-mails, conveniently they have no phone number that I can call!! Avoid at all costs.

I found a Beautuful pair of shoes in a department store that I wanted for my wedding but they did not have my half size. I Looked online and found the bridal store with the same shoes in my size for £10 less than in store with free delivery. I had left my order a little late so needed a eta so I used the website to ask a question and received a quick response. My shoes arrived quicker than promised (5 days later) beautifully packaged! Very pleased with purchase!

I had nothing but trouble returning shoes ordered. No returns label . Returns then sent to a different address. They were quick enough to take my money but took weeks to process a refund . Very disappoint with the service. Not worth the hassle look elsewhere .

Ordered shoes. no returns form in the box. Had to phone up to find out how to return.Told to post them to a different address to the one on dispatch note at my own expense. Then another duplicate order turned up. Phoned again, was promised a pick up for both orders. It didn`t happen. After several e-mails they were eventually picked picked up. Not worth the time and effort spent on it.

I found the Bridal Store through Google and found the shoes that I'd been searching for but had been unable to get hold of! The Bridal Store delivered the shoes quickly and efficiently and at a great price! The ordering was easy and I had no problems. I love the shoes! Would highly recommend the Store!!

I ordered a pair of kitten heels for my wedding; they arrived quickly, are beautiful, and so comfy I doubt theyl need worn in. I'd definitely order from the bridal store again and recommend it to others.
