Slanovskiy Bridal - Brilliant Service!
I had a wonderful experience when I visited the Slanovskiy shop in Blackheath. The service was friendly and the lady in the shop went to great lengths for me - even opening the shop especially for me on a Sunday (when the shop should have been closed). I never felt pressured to rush and I was offered a lovely freshly brewed coffee and yummy biscuits. I really loved all the dresses, the quality and designs are amazing. All of the dresses were very unusual yet not too 'different', if you see what I mean. The quality of the lace and beading on the dresses was incredible and they are made in Italy to your specifications. The veils etc looked stunning. I couldn't recommend the shop, the dresses and the staff highly enough. If you are looking for an unusual yet traditional and high quality dress then do go to this shop.

Refused To Accept Unworn Veil
I received appallingly service by the owner of Slanovskiy and would highly recommend all brides choose another boutique to purchase their important bridal items from. I ordered and paid upfront for a veil from Slanovskiy which it turns out was over priced by some £50. Unfortunately I had been led to believe it was a good deal, so in good faith I took the owner at her word and proceeded to pay in full. When the veil arrived I took it to compare against my dress and it was not a perfect match. I then contacted Slanovskiy for a return as the veil had been unworn, was still in it's original box and in perfect condition and the owner point blank refused. As you can image I am really upset by this as a bride and think that if a boutique like this has no compassion or goodwill it does not deserve bridal custom. Brides beware!!
