My sister chose this website for her bridesmaids to order their dress from. I ordered the dress with custom sizes and color. I recieved my confirmation, and not only was the size wrong, but the color too. This made me really nervous since we were on a tight schedule and wouldn't have time to ship it back if they had happened to get my order wrong again. So I cancelled my order, and the bride decided to go somewhere else. Well, they returned a PORTION of my money (even though I replied within the 24 alotted hours), but then about a week later, I recieved an email asking why I wanted a refund and why I was unhappy. I replied, and told them how the time frame made me nervous. Then, I just happened to check my bank account, and they had taken the money out of my account AGAIN, without my authorization. I've emailed them again asking why they took out the money again, and I'm still waiting on a reply...

I would much rather order something locally than bother with this company. Just not worth the time, trouble, and bounced checks that have been a result of the unauthorized transactions to my account.

I recently ordered this dress in ivory and had it custom made to size. Within less than 4 weeks of me placing my order my dress was delivered promptly by UPS. I am absolutly over the moon with the quality and fit of the dress, it is exactly how it looks in the pictures and just what I wanted for our beach wedding. I would highly recommend the dress and 'weddingdressonlineshop' to anyone looking to buy a wedding dress. Their service has been excellent and from me placing my order I have receieved regular updates from them. I can't wait for the big day to wear it!.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! NOT ONLY DO THEY NOT FOLLOW THROUGH WITH THEIR CANCELLATION POLICY THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU YOUR FULL AMOUNT! AFTER I ENTERED IN MY MEASUREMENTS THEY TOLD ME THAT I HAD TO PAY ANOTHER $100 AND WHEN I CANCELED THEY DIDN'T GIVE ME BACK THE AMOUNT THAT WAS ALREADY PAID! RUN! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!
