I had the same experience with this site as other reviewers in that I bought a dress from them and then they refused to allow me to return it when I received it, even though it says nowhere on their site that they don't accept returns. These dresses are obviously counterfeit. They are of poor quality and cheaply made. Don't be lose your money...go to a more reputable dress site instead! Buyer beware!

I was incredibly disappointed receiving my dress - it looked nothing like the picture on their website!!!

The colour was correct and the sizing was ok (although poorly fitting due to poor quality). The cross style on the bodice of the dress was not the same as the picture. The picture shows it crossing over on top of the skirt section which was the feature that made me want the dress but sadly when it arrived the skirt was instead stitched on top of the cross style which made the hips look larger and stick out than what they should. There was also a lot of material left loose under the arms and reallybthe whole dress was just not finished to a high standard and the hem of the dress was also frayed! When I emailed to say I was not satisfied and explained my reasons and that I wanted a full refund I was told that I couldn't get one because they only return items that are the wrong colour or size? And they also advised that they can not guarantee that the dress will look like the photo - even though that neither of these things are detailed on their website!!

I have to say I had my doubts in ordering from this company yet i stupidly still went ahead - but please take my advice - don't buy from this company!! You'd be cheaper taking a photo from the website and going to a local seamstress to make it for you instead!!

I was hesitant to buy my prom dress on-line, but after this site was recommended by a friend, I decided to give it a go.

The customer service was great. They were quick to reply to emails and answer all my questions.

I ordered my dress in 'royal blue'. The dress was made to a high standard and I was really impressed by their quality. Unfortunately, the colour was different to the colour chart and I was unable to exchange it (my fault, I should have bought a sample first). If you are planning on buying a dress in 'royal blue' just know that it is purple and not blue.

Anyway, it was a good website, and my dress was worth its price..

Brought this dress as a present for my wife and it was a perfect fit.Good fabric and exquisite finishing. Delivery was prompt and presented in a beautiful box(my wife loved the box more than the dress). Very professional. The colour was a bit brighter than expected going on the colour chart provided, however still satisfactory. My wife is more than happy with my 'Magicdress' choice and would definately use them again as well as recommend them to many of her friends.

Ordering a gown on line was risky, but based on the picture and ability to zoom in on all parts of the gown, I was convinced the quality, color and style was exactly what I was looking for. Best of all was the price and the quick shipping. I was not disappointed. This dress is beautiful and fits me like a glove. I could not have made a better purchase at a store. I already have several events I plan to wear this dress for and I don't think it will ever go out of style. Thanks Magicdress for providing such great dresses and service.

Stunning! I had the dress made to measure and it fits like a glove. Beautifully made and very high quality. The built in bra is a godsend. The dress arrived very quickly and was neatly packaged. If you are thinking of buying this dress, it really is worth paying the little bit extra and having it custom made. For the first time I have purchased a dress that fits everywhere! I have already recommended the site to friends of mine.
