I ordered a dress for my mom for my wedding 2 years ago. After 3 weeks I heard nothing from the company, so I emailed them. I threatened to call my credit card company and cancel the order if I didn't hear from them in 2 weeks and I finally heard from them. They said they lost my measurements so I had to send it again. However, when the dress finally arrived, it was the worst thing I have ever seen. It looked nothing like the picture...the color was different, the design was different, the jacket didn't button, the fit was not right...overall just the worst quality for a $230 dress. I emailed them back and they said to ship the dress back and they would alter it. I don't think any amount of alteration could save that dress. I decided that I didn't want my mom to wear such a horrible dress or pay more money to ship it back. I just wanted the ordeal to end, so I gave it away to Goodwill instead. I had to help my mom look for another dress the day before my wedding.

I bought the dress from Kaersen Bridal. This is a wedding disaster. First of all ,they sent my drees out to the wrong guest.They also ask me to contact and begged dat guest nicely to send my dress to me. I have been stressed out and cant sleep for 1 week before my wedding day because Kaersen bridal's mistake,Finally I got the dress from dat guest, But i'm Heartbroken again. Cuz there are some purple onthe top of the dress, the bustle they design is wierd, the most terrible thing is whole fabrics inside the skirt are squeezed together,I cant even try it on. I recieved this dress in 4 days before my wedding day, I dun have time to wait for them fix it and send me back..., so I SENT IT BACK TO KAERSEN BRIDAL AND ASK FOR REFUND, THEY ONLY RETURN ME HALF PRICE OF THE DRESS, I WROTE AN EMAIL TO ASK THEM HOW COME THEY DIDNT PAY ME BACK ALL THE MONEY?? THEY DIDNT REPLY TO ME FOR 3 DAYS, I EMAIL THEM AGAIN AND ASK DUN AVOID THE PROBLEM, I JST WANT TO KNOW THE REASON.. FINALLY THEY TOLD ME DAT'S THEIR RULE, AND TOLD ME IF I WANT SUE THEM ,DO IT THEN. What an arrogant attitute,they dunt apologize for their mistake ,not even care about what bride's feeling....I'm very disappointed of Kaersen Bridal, they are very unprofessional and rude. I really hope no more bride being this kind of chaos as me. If I can choose it again, I would rather spend more money to buy a real beautiful dress at beginging which I can see and touch in local bridal store than shop a chaotic dress and bad service on internet............................My miserable experience from Kaersen Bridal..

Nice Service, and of course nice quality. I got my wedding dress from their company, they provide half payment, that is funny, after I paid a half payment, they started to custom my dress, after 10 days later, they sent me my dress photos, I am very happy with it, the dress is more beautiful than what I have imagined. I will recommend my friends to their company.

Overall we are very satisfied with it,my mom will order her dress from their company.
