Very disappointed with this company, I did not have much to spend on a dress so to be able to find a simple dress I like at under a £300 I was very excited. I did my research and Jennifer Bride.com had great reviews and return policy, so I placed my order.

When the dress arrived, I could not wait to unwrap it, as I unfolded the dress I could see pin holes across the bust area, after opening it further I could see more. I continued to try the dress on, I was happy with how the dress was made except that the ruffles across my stomach were not stitched well and were baggy in places. It hugged my hips far more that the picture shows and the stitches used to create the ruffles were visible and loose.

I reported it immediately that night as the returns policy say let them know within 3 days of receiving it, as it was I was told it was the weekend someone would look in to my email on Monday. Monday came, nothing so chased on the Tuesday and I received an email back later that day to say that they were sorry I wasn't happy "and as to the pin holes I could iron them out". As you can imagine I was not happy about this and emailed back immediately stating I was not comfortable in doing this, in case something went wrong. I wish to return the dress for a full refund as stated in their policy. I sent this email twice and they have failed to get in touch with me, I assume they are going to just ignore me!!

I found my dress online and then tried it on in the store. It was PERFECT but it ended up being $1400 and I couldn't justify paying that much for a dress that I was going to wear once. My mother found jennifer bridal and saw that they could actually make my dress even with custom measurements. I placed my order and with in 2 days I got an email from a lady just making sure my measurements were correct, I love how thorough they were. I just received my dress today (about a week before scheduled delivery time) and tried it on in front of my mother, grandmother, and great grandmother just to make sure it looked perfect. Guess what? It is. i cant believe the amount of detail in the stitching and how precise everything is. Honestly, I was expecting the worse. I've always been told that you get what you pay for. I believe I got way more than I payed for with this company. My dress has sleeves so they need to be taken in a little bit along with the waist and it needs to be hemmed about an inch but other than that, I couldn't be happier. Let me tell you- I did SO much research before ordering a dress online. I had found a dress in a boutique but was unable to pay so much for a dress. I looked everywhere for a cheaper version of my dress. Then, I started thinking about ordering online. I was wary about ordering a dress online,. But as I said, I did my research. I chose Jenniferbridal because of all the knock-off websites I had looked at, researched, and read reviews of(which meant they don't just take your money and disappear) and it seemed that their reviews were the most promising of a good outcome.
