Ordered Laser cut invitations in white which are actually ivory and do not look anything like the white picture on the website next to the product listing. They are also stained brown/yellow on the edges where they've been lasered.

The side edges are glued making it impossible to open and insert a card without tearing the design.

The invitations do not come precut like a gatefold. They are sealed together (not like the picture) and when I queried this, I was told I need to use a scalpel to just open them! This should already be done and not passed on to the customer. A warning on the website would have been an idea to at least let the customer know they have to start scalepeling all of the invitations they ordered to give an unprofessional look.

Overall, there are better quality stationery suppliers offering an identical product and I would suggest you buy elsewhere.

I have ordered various embellishments from this company for my Wedding stationery, I ordered in different stages as I needed some for invitations then some for favours etc. Each time, there were massive delays with delivery - one time I was kept waiting for 3 months which meant that I was severely delayed in sending my invitations out. My emails were hardly ever responded to, telephoning was more sucessful but still it didn't result in getting things moving. Some of the brooches I ordered were damaged but they never gave me any refund for these depsite numerous emails. Very disappointing :-(

Do not use this company.I received my sample that I requested very quickly and was impressed with the product. So ordered my wedding invitations. Was told there was a six week delivery time. After 7 weeks I e-mailed and called with no response. After 9 weeks and 14 e-mails and 5 phonecalls I was told hat my invitations were with the printer. After 11 weeks, another 6 e-mails and numerous phonecalls I am still waiting.
