The service has been terrible I would certainly not recommend them. I cannot get them on the phone and they have not refunded my £100.00(!) and it has now been 2 months!! I am now reporting them to trading standards.

I bought my wedding shoes from this company and when they arrived smelt of glue/dye. I thought this would wear off so put them in the wardrobe for 2 months. When I got these back out to try my dress on the smell was still there. I contacted the company immediately and they refused instantly to provide a refund before they had even reviewed the shoes and blamed me for putting them in the airing cupboard which would have melted the glue. I never put these in the airing cupboard.. they were just trying to make excuses. Then surprise suprise they recieve the shoes and don't think they smell of glue and refuse a refund. WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND RECOMMEND NO ONE DOES EITHER. BUY YOUR WEDDING SHOES FROM A REPTUABLE HIGH STREET COMPANY.

I found some shoes on girls of elegance website that looked perfect for my daughters wedding so I purchased them on the 23rd march unfortunatly they didn't fit so I promptly returned them& had an e. Mail on the27th march to say they had received them back into stock! After several E.mails to the customer service dept & several excuses to say why I havnt been refunded I have now been REFUNDED

nearly TWO MONTHES after I returned the shoes. With no appoligy to the lateness. I find this very bad business & will certainly not be purchaseing anything else from this company so future purchasers BEWARE !!!

A very unhappy customer!!

I never write reviews but just want to let people know beware of this company. I have received excuse after excuse and finally today after speaking to my bank who recommended contacting MasterCard they have offered to send me a cheque after being told the day before that they could only offer a refund to my PayPal account which I don't have. I wait with trepidation regarding the refund I have never dealt with such a unprofessional company in my whole life.

I absolutely love my dress, I saw a similar one in Coast which was quite expensive (more than double the price of the girls of elegance one) so I asked a few friends, one of whom recomended girls of elegance. The customer service was also really good- I left it a bit late to get my bridesmaid dress but the staff at girls of elegance were amazingly helpful at making sure my dress arrived on time.

I have extremely difficult feet and find it hard to get the right shoes to fit me. I have bunions and large feet and although I am slim this necessitates a wide fitting shoe if I do not want my bunions to be on show!

I ordered a wonderful pair of silver sandals called Brielle by Dyeables.

I managed to get a size 8.5 which is virtually impossible on the high street.

The Girls of Elegance website said that these could take around 10 days to arrive as they are shipped in from the States.

I had not dealt with Girls of Elegance before and with a new company one is always slightly worried until the product arrives. I spoke to a lovely lady from Girls of Elegance who confirmed that my order would be sent out in a couple of days. She explained that Girls of Elegance are a family company and it was evident that customer service was of prime importance to her.It was was great to deal with such a company and not just a call centre of a large multinational where you are just a number. That personal touch was so welcome.

When the sandals duly arrived they were even better than the picture and so well made and versatile, not just to wear for a wedding but they can be worn to so many more occasions.

I was pleased to have found a sandal that not only hides my unsightly bunions but also look really en trend and attractive.

I would definitely be recommending Girls of Elegance to friends and family- a great find.

Girls of Elegance are absolutely amazing, I bought my wedding shoes and tiara from them and as I ordred a little late they did everything to deliver my item to me and I am so grateful of the help they provided me at a very stressful time.

Amazing customer service, lovely shoes, a pleasurable shopping experience all round. I Had spent months trying to find a pair of suitable shoes for my ten year old daughter,(due to be a bridesmaid at her uncles wedding). I had visited every shop, and ordered over 40 pairs online and with a week to go thought I would never find a pair that fitted (my daughter has extremely wide feet, and a high instep). I had ordered four pairs from Girls of Elegance, Two pairs arrived extremely quickly, and the other two pairs were due to follow shortly. Thankfully one of the first pairs fitted perfectly, my daughter was absolutely delighted, as was I-finally I could stop stressing!! I contacted Girls of Elegance (via their messaging service), to see if I could prevent the other two pairs from being sent out. They responded quickly, explaining they had cancelled the order, and confirmed that the other shoes would not be sent out. My daughter looked lovely, and the shoes stood up to being worn all day (by a ten year old!!), and even a trip to the park across the road for the photo's! My daughter has continued to wear the shoes at every possible opportunity, and apart from the odd grass stain they are still looking good!

The correspondence I received regarding the refund was faultless, and the customer service is quite simply the best I have come across. I'm not normally one for leaving reviews, but after the service I received I felt compelled to do so. I will be recommending this company to everyone I know.

Hi there I am more than happy to write a review. What a fantastic shop I had a small problem with my Eva bridesmaids dresses being too small. But Jan the lady who helped me bent over backwards to get the problem solved. I would tell any brides to be or maids to use this site/shop it's lovely to still get a little old fashioned assistance instead of all e-mail. Again thanks so much. Helen

Just ordered 4 bridesmaids dresses in purple and they arrived quickly and suit all my bridesmaids beautifully - totally true to the photos/suggestions (order the next size up) and I can't believe my luck at the cost of them - absolutely fabulous, can't wait to have my bridesmaids walk behind me down the aisle - thanks Girls of Elegance you have really made one bride and groom very very happy !
