I had a very bad experience with them when I bought some party favours for my daughter birthday. My parcel was delivered to a wrong address ( 25th May 2019) and chased it with the courier and i also informed Favour Fairy about it and they were waiting for the courier to contact them for updates and they didn't bother to chase them for me and it was clear that someone else took my parcel and they are just waiting and i had informed their customer service that I deserve replacement or refund but they still waiting the courier update.

I didn't receive my parcel or a new order or refund till today 10 June 2019.

Absolutely fantastic service. Need organza bags for a corporate event (not a wedding). Rang them up in the morning and bags arrived next day - no messing about with Amazon and eBay.

I ordered some beautiful favour boxes from Favour Fairy which look great! When there was an error with my order, it was rectified straight away and a further delivery made to me within 24 hours!! They were incredibly helpful and efficient! Thank you! Would definitely order from them again.

Acknowledging fault is not this company's forte. The irony of dealing with customers preparing for emotional events like weddings/birthdays is that the staff on the telephone add to the stress and show no compassion or humanity. Having failed to dispatch an order that I placed in good time to arrive by tomorrow, the lady on the phone did not apologise and admit the company’s negligence of the order. Instead, she was patronizing, indifferent and did not offer to correct the mistake. What’s more, when I requested them to send me the order by Express Delivery for it to arrive in time on their expense, she point-blank refused and emphasised that the customer has to pay for the Express Delivery and told me I was ‘rude.’ This is a moral issue, not a financial one. We’re all human – I accept that we make mistakes. What I do not accept is them running a business without a duty of care for their customers, taking no responsibility for their mistake, trying to cover themselves up for the sake of £10.90 Express Delivery charge and HANGING UP THE PHONE, TWICE – that’s rude. ‘The Favour Fairy’ clearly does not do any favours and does not ‘offer … customers an excellent service meeting the highest possible standards.’ If I don’t take further action, karma will.

Do not deal with this company, because you are not guaranteed that your order will be processed and arrive on time and your special day will be ruined by the attitude of the people behind the pretty logo.

Ordered 100 favour bags at about 2pm on a afternoon and they were with me by lunchtime the next day, what a fantastic service. The little bags were the perfect colour and just what I needed. I am now about to look on their website again for the fillings. Well done favour fairy you are a great company. Keep up the good work.

Worked out cheaper than any Irish suppliers I checked. They arrived very quickly and they are perfect for what I need. I love the little boxes and and the chocolate hearts are excellent quality we did a taste test on a few and yum! Had to remind ourselves we need them for the wedding. The best before date is long too mine were 2014 so ordering in advance is not an issue. The hearts appear in the image as a darker cerise pink but on receiving they are a dusky baby pink I did not mind as pink is pink and all pink is good! I would have just loved them a little more if they came assembled but you can't have everything! I cant wait to use them at our wedding in August. Thanks Fairy Fairies!
