I paid extra money for shipping and was told my items would arrive on a certain date. I had my daughter's wedding to prepare for. Due to weather the items did not arrive on time, and I understand that is out of the company's control, but I asked if I could get a refund on the order because I would not be able to use the items as the wedding date will have passed and was told to just wait for the package. And if I decided to return it I would get a partial refund and be out the extra shipping cost I paid. Sadly I will be be trusting this company as it lacks integrity.
