I ordered a dress for my sons wedding. Photo looked perfect....just what I wanted. Arrived in acceptable time. I opened the package and burst out laughing. It was shocking. Nothing matched up in the seams. The fit was disgusting.....totally out of preportion. To sum it up I ooked like a very poor version of a drag queen. I you want a great laugh, order from them.

I purchased my formal dress from this website and I was absolutely disappointed with the results. I am very picky when it comes to dresses and it took me over a month to find a dress I actually liked. It stated on the site that the dress was made out of velvet and you could tell it was from the picture. I even enquired about what type of velvet it was made out of so it was not as if I was under the wrong impression about it's material. I got the dress customized and altered, paying extra as I wanted it to be perfect. It arrived and it was made out of cheap fabric that ruined the whole dress as it didn't sit nicely on my body and was very uncomfortable. So not only was it the wrong material, making it look horrible but it doesn't even fit me. I now have nothing to wear to my formal and I had been looking forward to it for a year. Unimpressed

I ordered my formal dress from this site and it arrived so quickly I wasn't expecting it! I was nervous about the size and fit of the dress, but it's fantastic! It's well corseted (to a point where I don't even need a bra!) and the colour looks just like on the site! Well priced, quick and good quality. Definitely would shop there again!

I purchased this dress in January 2013 and I can't say enough about it! I ordered it custom to my size in the Blush Pink colour and it was absolutely stunning. It fit me like a glove! There was so much boning inside that there was no need to wear a bra. The support was amazing and I didn't need to pull it up once during the day. The craftmanship was second to none. The dress was amazingly finished.

I read all the previous reviews and thought it would be ok ordered my wedding dress and bridesmaid dress. both were poorly made. bridemaid dress was meant to be custom made but came larger then the measurements. the diamontes also fell off the dress on the first try on!

my wedding dress. one of the underarms was cut in so low that my bra is showing the rouching on the dress was non existent. the stitching was very poor. the length is to short and is not floorlength at all.

my dress has been to 3 different alteration places with noone willing to fix it. my wedding is in 2 weeks and i have no dress, the wedding shops cant help as none of the dress i like go above a size 14 of floor stock. Completely disappointed and this will ruin my day.

I ordered three bridesmaids dresses from this website. They said they would be custom made, however I received them in under three weeks!!!

The dresses were awful to say the least. Firstly they were very different to the pictures on the website. They were badly made with skew stitching and some stitching coming out. One of the dresses had a hole at the top. The pictures made the scadresses look flowy, however the dresses that arrived were made of a thick material making them look "tent" like.

I was very disappointed and contacted customer service (I sent them numerous pictures of the hole and the stitching issues). After many emails back and forth they said they would not refund me and that they would send me three new dresses!!

I have had to throw them away and buy three new dresses from a boutique. I have learnt my lesson!!

Got the order within a month, customised to my size. Dress was of good quality and fit well. I unpicked the beading as we were not aware this would be on the dress (photos didn't show this very well). I also removed the bow and am now very happy. Thanks

Good quality dresses. bought 4 in standard sizes will need sime length taken off and some minor alterations but great value for the price paid. Will make beautiful bridesmaids dresses.

I ordered this dress at the last minute and paid the extra

for sizing. The dress came exactly to the day I asked and it was beautiful. The red was a little lighter than the picture but it is hard to get colours 100% off pictures but it was still a beautiful colour. The fit was almost perfect just a little gap at the back but nothing hollywood tape couldn't fix. Thank you for your wonderful and fast service.
