Ordered Dress for wedding used the size chart provided and when dress arrived was 3 sizes to small , not getting anywhere with returning dress, I am out £120 not given up thou , there should be answers from trading standards UK , the return policies really need looking into .

This company please do not use they are terrible there clothes are shoddy they do not take returns back so if you are on a budget forget this you will be out of pocket . My order was canceled twice I went out and bought different dresses 3 weeks later the dresses turned on my door .I am five ft 4 and they fit me they were for a 6 yr old I have sent at least 8 emails back in one they offered me twenty pound what a cheek final insult all I want is a return address. Please please think hard before you buy of this company should be closed down and also do not want to give any rating because they are a disgrace but to put this message across I have to rate a bloody joke

WORSE WEBSITE EVER!!! I ordered a dress from here waiting for it to arrive but heard nothing so I emailed the company and they said it has been cancelled when I didn't cancel myself. The dress arrived late and was the worse fit ever and have been emailing them ever since to receive my refund and send the dress back. They have not got back to me and have no contact other than an email.

I ordered a £130 midnight blue lace dress - I got a black one and the sizing is all wrong as well.

I have sent over 10 emails to the company. They have offered £20 compensation and no refund, stating that 'they will suffer a significant profit loss' if they refund me. They have also stated that 'maybe a worker thought black was midnight blue'.

If you risk ordering from this site, you get sent the wrong dress, wrong size, wrong colour or no dress at all they will NOT REFUND.

READ THE OTHER REVIEWS THIS COMPANY IS A RIP OFF AND YOU WILL MOST LIKELY LOOSE YOUR MONEY.

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE! ordered a dress £150 and have it costume made, it did not fit anywhere the length was short at front and log at beck (no supposed to be) it did not fit around my waist or bust and was too tight around my bottom. I got it so it would be bigger on me but it ended up been 3 sizes too small. AVOID AT ALL COST! AND IT WAS LATE!

AVOID DRESSDO! They made us pay for a replacement dress cos the first one was the wrong size. Then the one they sent was the wrong colour (supposed to match another bridesmaids dress they made) and wouldnt replace or give refund. Now too late for our wedding so we had to get 2 more quickly at huge expense. Avoid Dressdo at all costs!!!!!! Please, for your own sake!!!

My daughter spent a long time choosing the dress for her prom.....we decided to use this company after stupidly not reading the reviews first- soon as we ordered the dress the money was taken from our account.....a few days later a message was sent to is saying they didn't have the material for the dress....I asked if they could get it and was told that it would be another £40....(£127 had already come out) I explained I could really afford it and that would prefer a refund.....a few days later I was told yes a refund would be ok but it would take 15-40 days.....I have messages them asking where my refund is (2 weeks later) and just got an email explaining it could take up to 60 days......really not happy with this- makes me laughter how it was taken straight away but can take 3 months to go back in- RIDICULOUS !!!!!

i order a dress from them having ordered many dresses online and from China. I paid the extra delivery to make sure my dress got here on time. It should have been here on the 29th Jan and im still waiting. Now when i contact them they ignore my emails and have not delivered my dress or given me a refund.

Like most of the people who purchased from this web site I was slightly worried that the item would not arrive on time and be exactly what I ordered, especially after reading the reviews.

But I was really surprised the garment arrived before time and the dress was well made and of a good quality. I couldn't believe the weight of it. The stitching and beading was very neat and looked as good as the picture.

I would definitely use this site again. Especially as it was a made to measure.

I did not like this website. It was not easy to navigate for me so I got lost a couple of times. Also, there really was not much variety for me to choose from so I quickly moved on to something else.
