We decided to use doaba for our daughters 1st birthday baloon decorations. On the day of the birthday they did not turn up, no phonecall to notify us, we also drove to shop and this was closed, the phone number provided was never answer! We were so appalled with the service and none of our tables had no decorations and main arch was missing from our display. We had to buy some baloons from a local store however as a replacement. The day after we complained in the store, the store owner was very agressive and the reason was they forgot and they are only human....not very proffesional. Do not trust them as they can ruin your big day.
