Warning. Do Not Be Tempted By The Nice Website And
WARNING. Do not be tempted by the nice website and value for money prices. Choosing to buy our wedding dress here ruined our wedding plans. The dress was delivered in the wrong colour, made in the wrong size to a poor specification. After a 3 week delay, they agreed to make a new one. We spent money returning the dress only for them to advise that they would'nt make a replacement dress after all but would refund the cost of it. After a lengthy exchange of emails, they eventually agreed to also refund the cost of postage and import duty. Then they advised us that we would only be receiving a refund of 70% of the cost of the dress.
The original dress was returned to them on 23 February. It is now the 17th March.
It is now 9 days before our wedding and guess what? No replacement dress, no refund and unanswered emails.
As stated above, nice website, promise alot, deliver nothing but a nightmare.
DO NOT BE TEMPTED.
