Do NOT order from this company. Sadly, I never ordered the dress I bought to wear to my cousin's wedding. I ordered the dress the first week of April 2015, wedding was the end of May 2015, and I had to scramble to find something else to wear. It baffles me that, as I sit here in January 2016, that they are still selling dresses and pulling the wool over innocent people's eyes. Anything too good to be true, IS. How can this company be stopped? Any suggestions? Thank you. 

I ordered a bridesmaid dress the beginning in June along with two other ladies and none of us received our dresses! I can't not find a phone number to contact and I have sent email after email with no respond.. I wish I would of notice all the terrible reviews before I placed my order.. I wish this company would do the right thing and either send our money back or send us the dresses or shoot a respond to the emails would be much appreciated.. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone and I have been spending the word not to order from this website!! Shame on you for screwing so many people over! What comes are goes around.

Ordered my dress 3 months ago... still hasn't arrived and the wedding was three weeks ago so we all had to wear black dresses instead because 4/5 of the dresses did not come in on time. They have no contact information besides email and it takes about a week or two to get a reply. I emailed them with all my information about 10 times (literally) and every time I received an email it was auto generated saying to "please provide the following information so we can help you find your package." Like... seriously! I just provided all of the information to you in an email and it takes me 2 weeks to get an AUTO REPLY saying to provide the information I just provided...Yes, that just happened -_-... I also paid their annoyingly expensive expedited shipping which was 40 dollars extra and they shipped my package as "economy" which if you don't know, is the slowest shipping known to man... Oh, and they said it was shipped on the 14th of April... Yeah it's the 6th of May and you finally shipped it... Congratulations. You suck.

I was looking for a simple dress to get married in come May 2014. I thought I found the perfect one. I ordered and gave measurements with the knowledge of the return policy. Though the dress was very accurate with the measurements, after receiving it and trying it on I realized this definitely wasn t the dress for me. I emailed Celeb16 immediately and was hoping to hear back from someone. I did WITHIN 24 HOURS. After explaining the situation I was in....You know how times are today...money is tight and I was afraid I would get no help. Boy was I wrong. I would like to thank them for being in contact with me each and every day, taking time out of his busy schedule to help me to have a most memorable wedding day to come. I m a little Leary of buying on line, but I must say, If you get to do business with a gentleman like this, it definitely makes it a lot more comfortable and easy. Thank you again Oh and if you d like to come to America you can definitely come to my wedding! Thank you

I did not have any problems whatsoever, but I know that any issues would have been resolved quickly.
