I have used Cameo Favours 4 times now (for 2 of my friend's weddings, my mum's wedding and recently my own...) and have found their service great!!

There has never been a problem with me returning any product which either didn't match or I simply didn't like (I have returned both tulle & flowers on more than one occassion).

They were more than happy to exchange and even made suggestions as to products they thought would compliment the colour scheme better (which were not only a perfect match, but also £14 cheaper from clearance sale... They were happy to refund me the difference).

I would thoroughly recommend and will certainly be using them again.

I ordered from this company some favour sweets for my wedding and never received them ...still waiting on paypal refunding me ...what a con! do not buy from this so called cameo favours ..con ..con ..con !!

In mid June i ordered a mixed batch of boxes costing approx £48.00. I have set up a company making fudge favours. Nothing arrived and I complained and was told that she would send what she had available!!!! Again nothing arrived but a credit of half the monies I had paid had been refunded to my paypal account. I asked cameo favours why half had been refunded and still have not had a reply. Is it a total con? I am so anoyed as I had my first wedding show booked and paid for and could not attend. Paypal cannot help asd the address is not registered which means they can only refund half of the money paid. This happened anyway and Cameo were able to keep approx £24.00 for doing nothing BEWARE. Do Not be fooled by website. I am going to contact trading standards as I have paid for goods and have not received anything.

We ordered some chocolates from this company over 5 weeks ago for my daughter's wedding and to date have received nothing from them. We have tried to e- mail them several times but they don't bother to pick up or reply. The wedding is next week and we are assuming we will receive nothing from them. We would never use this company again- they have no customer service whatsoever and are good at taking your money and producing nothing for it.

the items i ordered i wish to return the size of the were deceiving you do have some nice item and cheap ; can i just say you really you should put the size of the item ;i have had no help from paypal ;they just were saying log here on there site then lists of other lines all i was asking them for was a return address

I ordered table gems, petals and a guest book . The other 2 arrived on time but there was no guest book .

I have called and emailed the company several times but had no reply what so ever .

They dont seem to be at all interested in contacting me back so I am going to have to complain to pay pal

And try and claim my money back. They are a complete waste of time and shouldn't be trading as it's not the 1st

Review that has said their customer service is non existent BEWARE THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DON'T CARE IF YOU DON'T GET YOUR GOODS !

I ordered heart chocolates and wedding favours from this company, the delivery was fast and on time, the goods were packed well and all in excellent condition. The emails I sent to ask various questions were answered promptly and with quality information. I would definately use this company again and I have recommended it to my two friends who are getting married. EXCELLENT COMPANY to order from.

Bought lots of heart shaped foil covered chocolates for my favour bags. Great colours, delicious chocolates and mega fast delivery. I e-mail to ask for my delivery to be sent as a priority as my wedding is close and they were all with me within 2 weeks.

Well, this company sucks. I will never use them again, and would suggest to anyone else not to either. I ordered 1 item, and yes they delivered 1 item, but the wrong goods which are totally useless to me. I mean, how hard is it to pick 1 correct item?! I'm thanking my lucky stars that I only spent £12.00 with them because it doesn't look like this company have any intention of sending the correct goods. I have sent them numerous e-mails (very politely) asking for my delivery to be corrected, and have received no response what so ever. Unfortunately to make a review I've had to put 1 star on each section. But really this should be zero. There is no customer service, and there is no value for money as I didn't even get the correct goods I paid for. If anyone has any hints on how to complain through Paypal, this would be a huge help.

wedding favours.i bought silver tea chest. silk roses. bows sprigs with flowers with hearts on chocolate hearts table decorations everything is really lovely. i carnt understand how anyone can say anything wrong about this company. delivery on time what more can i say beautiful.im so looking forward to my big day now many thanks carol
