Do Not Use
I cannot recommend Bride & Groom Direct.
They accept payment for your order and do not tell you if an item is in stock and when you will receive it.
When my order did not arrive I rang and was told that it would be despatched this week. Now I am told to ring later in the week, they do not know when the stock will arrive nor when the order will be despatched. They cannot tell you which items are in stock and could be printed quickly until after you submit (AND PAY FOR) your order. There is no manager available to speak to you.
I was informed that the envelopes were sent a week ago - useless without the invitations - however they have still not arrived and apparently will be resent.
I am appalled at the standard of customer service offered by this company. It is shocking.
I am about to order alternative invitations as we need to send them out.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
This is the second such experience that we have encountered with Bride and Groom Direct.
Poor Delivery Courier
I ordered wedding invitations and the order was processed quickly.
The invitations were fine however I was expecting a better quality of ink on the cards.
However very disappointed with the DX courier man. He did not ring my door bell and had already taken a picture of my front door to prove I guess he had visited. As I opened the door he looked surprise. He was already writing something on his electronic pad. I confirmed my name and he gave me the package.
I later learned he had forged my signature by entering only initials.
Very sad really.
Do Not Use
We ordered personalised thank you cards, paid our money and approved the proof. 3 weeks later we chased to see when we might receive the order and were told that the cards we had chosen were now obsolete. The item was still being shown on the website days later. Although there were other cards we liked we did not feel we could trust Bride and Groom Direct to deliver the goods and therefore ordered from another company who delivered within 3 days.
Can you please let me know what company you used? We are now in the same position and the wedding is in nine weeks.

Unreliable, Poor Customer Service And Disappointed
We booked online for a wedding and paid the extra £50 for it to be dispatched quickly - was told it would arrive by a certain date.. still waiting. I'm greatly unhappy and disappointed. Poor customer service and its difficult to get hold of them. Please do not use. I will not be a repeat customer.

Novice Online Shopper
I placed an order for a wedding memory box and make a mistake when finalising. I phoned immediately-no queue-to get it sorted and unfortunately, it wasn't. I sent an email, and a great lady called Gayna not only sorted it but took time to both email and call me. This is customer service at it's best and has made my day. In fact, my year. she has no idea just how much she helped me and I'm soooo grateful. As for the gift, it is absolutely amazing and I know my nephew and his bride will love it. The quality is brilliant and if I could afford to, I would buy a dozen to have for any future weddings!
Gayna, thank you so much. I am looking forward to the big day on Saturday 16 August ! If only there was a Gayna to fix the weather in Scotland!

I ordered the proof of a save the date card, which was confirmed by the company via email. When it arrived they had sent us the wrong item. I then emailed to say what had happened but didn't even get a response, never mind the correct proof!
Difficult to say whether anyone actually works there...

Absolutely Stunning From Start To Finish!
After researching online, I came across Bride & Groom direct for my wedding invites and stationary. The website was fab and really helped me to personalise the invites the way I wanted. I had a couple of queries and contacted customer service using the website chat and they were more than happy to help with anything! I've since posted out my invites and have received so many compliments. My guests are so happy, they love them as much as I do! Thanks very much to bride and groom as they've really helped to make my wedding special.

Communication from the company was appalling!
And when I finally got my invites the colour of the envelopes didn't match the paper colour!
Wouldn't recommend and won't be using them again!

Ordered day and evening invitations, plus thank you cards from this company. Really impressed with everything. The quality was excellent, there was always someone helpful on the phone if needed, and the value for money is pretty good. The only downside, was the amount of time each proof took to come through, but once finalised and ordered, the order arrived within 7 days.
