I received the dress that I ordered was way too heavy too much material and tight even though I measured myself accurately. I wanted to exchange for something else. I have been unable to access the website for the terms and conditions for exchanges. This is the response I received.

we are sorry you are not satisfied with the dress, if you feel it is too tight for you , you can find a local tailor to do some alteration, when we made the dress, we have left enough place to do these alteration, please don't worry, we are sincerely to solve the problem, hope you can understand, thank you.

What do you mean don't worry, I have a hideous dress that even the dressmaker I took it too today was not impressed.I have learnt a big lesson in purchasing a dress on the internet and will not be purchasing again. What concerns me mostly is that I have been unable to open your website so feel that I have been ripped off. The dress looks nothing like the picture.I hope that in future you treat your customers with the respect they deserve.
