Worst experience ever. They do not care about their customers. Never respond to emails, never answer the phone, never respond to your phone messages. They are horrible!!!! If you are in a hurry do not order from here. If your wedding date is within a year then you might be ok.

I placed an order with this website because the pricing was better than other websites I had looked at. I ordered a total of 5 bridesmaids dresses and paid a rush fee for each. The rush fee was a total waist as the dresses did not arrive in the time they said.

I have to say as far as the customer service, this was non existent. When having a question about my order I called several times and the person who handles the online orders was NEVER there. I sent several emails with no response... EVER. Once the dresses didn't arrive on time I again called several times per week and no one was able to assist me.

I finally received my dresses (late)and they all seem to be okay so far, however the process of ordering them with absolutely no contact (they litterally never returned any of my 23 phone calls or 7 emails)was extremely frustrating and stressfull. It is well worth the extra $40 a piece to have decent customer service to go along with your order.... If I could give them a negative 5 stars on the customer service I would!

I purchased my bridesmaid dress through this vendor and have had the WORST experience EVER! The dress did not match the measurements of the dress I ordered, and would not accommodate my request for a new correct size dress or even a larger one for that matter. I tried the dress on at a bridal store near my home and the dress fit perfectly. Thus proving that the measurements were wrong and two seamstresses pointed out that the sides were not sewn correctly and when measuring the dress was missing 1/2 inch off the waist. The gentleman I spoke with had a horrible customer service and would not work with me at all on resolving the issue. I will now have to pay $120 to alter the dress and hope it works out.

Here is a quote from one of his emails (You can say or do all you want against us, but I have all the documentation needed that the dress you got was a size 10, including overnight airing dress, resending to Levkoff, etc, but at end of day, you still have the problem thru no fault of ours.)

This is the 6th bridesmaid dress I have ordered over the years and have never encountered such poor service and business acumen. At the end of the day makes me sad that there are people conducting unethical business.

I was a little skeptical at first about ordering from here as the site didn't have any testiminals, and I could not find any reviews online, but I found some good reviews on their bricks and mortar store, so I decided to give them a try. I ordered a After Six dress. I was promptly notified when dress was ordered. They had on webiste that it would take 12-14 weeks for dress to arrive, but it arrived a few weeks early. The gown was defintely authentic. I would definately recommend this site for ordering bridesmaids dresses
