I Visited a branch of Peels Engravers in Middlesbrough for the simple engraving of two letters on a signet ring. The'gentleman'' who served me had a disgusting attitude, he was rude, arrogant and had no interest in what I the customer wanted. Although I was open to compromise with what I wanted he offered no option but what he wanted. He said we've been here for x amount of years and do things how we want to, not how the customer wants it. He then refused to do anything for me. I was polite through all of this and left the store feeling annoyed and disgusted that such bad customer service exists. Stay away!
