NOT ONLY HAVE I NOT RECIEVED MY PRODUCT, WHICH WAS MEANT TO BE NEXT DAY DELIVERY, THEY PHONE NUMBER DOES WORK AND ONLY GOES THROUGH TO VOICEMAIL, WHICH I HAVE LEFT 5 MESSAGES ON FOR SOMEONE TO CALL ME BACK - YET TO RECIEVED A CALL BACK. I HAVE EMAILED AND EMAILED AND EMAILED, TO ONLY RECIEVE ONE EMAIL AND THEN HAVENT GOT ONE BACK SINCE. I AM SO ANGRY.

I ordered some personalised keyrings paid for standard delivery and the order came two days later, nice keyring perfectly engraved, very happy

I ordered a birthday present for my partner over a week ago and was really looking forward to giving it to him, after having trouble finishing what I wanted just engraved did exactly what I wanted! Knew it was too good to be true, I received an email telling me my order was being processed and an order number over a week ago and haven't heard anything since. I have emailed them 3times and have not had a reply I'm now emailing telling them I'm taking it up with PayPal to get my money back! There's no contact telephone number to call them in THIS COMPANY IS RUBBISH they have no intention of sending my gift out! Just sent the email through PayPal and within 5minutes an email was sent saying my order had been cancelled and a refund was sent! Just shows my Order was not being done they wasn't going to contact me back or send out goods! STAY AWAY from this site

beautiful compact mirrors. very well presented and high quality finish. also very quick to receive once the order was placed. very happy with my purchase and would recommend.

We were delighted when we found a pen and case that could be engraved and thought this would be the perfect gift for some members of our wedding party. We were impressed by the length of the message that could be put on the case having struggled with this on other websites. The gifts arrived in just over a week which wasn't bad for an engraved item (although we had bought something similar from a competitor which arrived within three days). Unfortunately one of the items we ordered had a hole in the lining of the case and the same case also had an error in the engraving. We checked back over our emails and we had definitely asked for something different. We emailed the company immediately with photos of both of the problems and three days later I have not heard a peep. The quality of the products is fair for the price paid, unless you have problems like ours in which case it feels a bit like daylight robbery. I wonder if they check their reviews more frequently than their emails?

I have used this company a few times now, for gifts for special occasions.

Reliable company offering good quality products with a high standard of engraving.

The finish product always looks much more expensive than it's reasonable price.

Delivery is always quick with the product packaged well.

This has to be the worst online experience ever, what a total bunch of bams!!

Ordered a personalised whisky glass for my Dad's 70th birthday. Ordered in plenty of time and surprise surprise no glass. Emailed them the week after and they said they would send a replacement in the post recorded delivery the very next day. Another week and a bit went by and no glass. Sent them 2 emails and no reply.

I have just sent them another email threatening to seek legal advice to recover my money as they had taken the money but no goods had been supplied so technically this is theft. I kid you not within 5 mins I had the money refunded to my PayPal account and not evan a single apology or email from them.

Total scumbags, dont waste your money, time and effort with this bunch of jokers!!

I wanted to buy gifts to thank key people in our wedding party that would be useful and also commemorate our special day. I got the ladies compact mirrors and the gents whisky glasses. The website was easy to use, the prices reasonable, the delivery quick and straight forward and the products perfect. Thank you xxx

Ordered engraved glass for friends birthday. Recieved e mail to say it had been dispatched. No glass two weeks later. No contact number to speak to anyone about order. I had payed with Paypal so was able to get refund. Since then have found numerous reviews about this company non of them any good apart from the ones actually on there site. Had to give it one star to get review out otherwise it would have no stars

2 weeks after placing my order for an engraved whiskey glass I still had not received it. I contacted them on several occasions to ask where the item was and for details of delivery such as tracking number and courier service. This information was withheld from me. Instead I was promised that the item would be delivered before 1pm the following saturday. Saturday came and went with still no delivery. I then requested a refund, which I had to get through Paypal, and even then, they had difficulty in acquiring the funds from the sellers bank. The service i received was awful and I often had to contact them many times before I would get a reply. DO NOT BUY WITH THIS 'COMPANY'! You will only be disappointed.
