very pleased with the item i bought, i did call them to make sure the item would arrive on time although it did take a couple of times to speak to someone they assured me it would arrive on time and it did and it was great

Not A Good Experience. It's Only Now, More Than A
Not a good experience. It's only now, more than a month on from my order (and after the birthday for which I ordered this has passed), that I've had an e-mail from them saying the item is not available. (It's still being advertised on the website, however.)
NB there are no contact details on the website (e-mail address, telephone number, postal address etc) - just a contact form.
