I placed an order for an UP scrapbook and never received the item. The website states that an item is shipped within 2-3 weeks depending on stock, so I waited till the end of the third week to place an email to customer service. Customer Service never replied to the 2 emails I sent that 4th week since my purchase. I eventually had to place a complaint with my credit card company to get my money back.

It's too bad that this is a Disney oriented retailer - it sullies the Disney name.

I highly recommend AVOIDING this place entirely. Not worth the headache at all.

I bought a Mickey Mouse bracelet, £109.73. They took my money, but never sent the bracelet. I have contacted them umpteen times, but get no reply. It was for my daughters christmas. I ordered it on the 10th October 09. So it would arrive on time. I had to open a dispute with Pay pal, and now i have had to esculate the dispute. I dont know if or when, i will get my money back. I can only warn peaple to stay away, from this site. I just wish i had read other reviews, before i sent off, for it. Stay well away, be warned.
