I ordered a buzz lightyear doll from toywebb and paid by direct deposit. After a fortnight and numerous emails to them, I had not heard a thing from them.

So I complained to the QLD Office of Fair Trading and within 3 days I recieved an email from toywebb saying there server had been down, they were out of buzz light year dolls and they would refund my money.

Im sure without the help of the office of fair trading, I would have never even heard back from toywebb.

The whole site is a scam. Do not buy from them.

I Purchased a rescue heroes centre plus car for my son from this company on the 10/12/10 for $132.00 for christmas. I cash deposited into there bank account on 10/12/10 am still waiting for goods plus response to several

e mails. It is now the 7/1/11 and i am still waiting and being ignored. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DODGY COMPANY!!!

I attempted to purchase three gifts from this website. I received an email the following day stating two of the three gifts are unavailable. I replied asking which of the products are unavailable and if the third will be shipped. I had no response. I emailed three times over two weeks and my last email was a

plee for a response as the gifts were important and I needed an answer. The answer I received told me which toy was available, a one sentence answer. I wasnt told if the item has been shipped or my card charged. My last email has asked for this information and once again, three emails later I'm still waiting for a response. The delay may be because christmas is 6 weeks away and they are busy but their customer service needs improving. I do not think my niece will be getting her christmas gifts if I continue to deal with this website. I'm going to try elsewhere.
