Ordered On March 5, 2014 And Still Haven't Received Item!!

I ordered a littlest pet shop toy that's rare for my daughter over 8 weeks ago and still have NOT received it. My daughter has been going to the mail box excitedly everyday and nothing!! I looked these reviews up today and am shocked!! Shame on you Toy Store Inc. You are taking from kids and you don't care. We haven't received a response to our email sent weeks ago either!! What a joke!!!

I ordered a game from themĀ online. They charged me and I never received my game. Their phone number is an answering machine. They never call you back or answer emails.

Beware Of This Seller!

Another victim of Toystore Inc. After hours of follow up for months we got the refund minus shipping cost (both ways). The product was faulty, reached after 1 month. No customer service.

Appears I Have Been Scammed

Will this do any good, since order tracking does not progress to the next step and going to customer service by filling out a form is also a joke, when every time it is disabled.

Ordered something on the 9th of April and it has not been delivered.

I am turning this over to the BBB and consulting my attorney also.

You can prove me wrong by delivering the item, otherwise shame on you

i was going to buy from this site but right as i was going to check out and before i put any cc info in i saw that the shipping cost was 149$ and i was like really why does it cost that much to send 3 stickers and a journal... so i web searched and found these reviews THANKS TO ALL OF YOU FOR THE REVIEWS AND THE WARNING NOT TO BUY FROM THESE GUYS!!!! saved me a lot of money! you guys rock i wish i could buy u a beer hahaha

Well...i Trusted Them As Well, Got Charged And No Product

I was so excited that I had finally foung the IN STOCK back pack for my sons kindergarden year...yes, first book bag ever. Wanting him to be all that...I rapidly ran to a dependable local toy store to buy the matching lunch box. Now, I have a great lunch box, and a disappointed kindergardener...because he does not have a book bag, that I have payed for, and I am contacting the BBB first thing in the am with my email with no response records and reqeusting that the company cancel my order and credit my card back the funds. Why charge people people if you can't meet the demand. After reading everyones comments I know I am not the one...DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!! I see that this is poorly managed and lacks communications with in and with their customers.

Toystoreinc. Scam! Please Do Not Buy From Them!!!

I ordered a toy for Christmas for my son and it's been a couple weeks, NO TOY yet. Christmas is less than 2 weeks and I have contacted them every day for the last few days with no response. No one will reply, even when you try to check your order status it shows "No order found with that confirmation number". Clearly I'm not the only one getting scammed. I see many others have had the same problem. I wouldn't have bought this item from them had I known this. I want my money or the toy, but can't get through or find them on BBB to file a complaint. I'm about to contact Federal Trade Commission and see if they can faciliate me getting my money. They better hope I don't find out what state they are in. Because I will contact the attorney general. My next step is contacting the Federal Reserve Bank. This is fraud at it's best :( Shame on them!

Review Of Toy Store Inc.

Have to say that I had a positive experience. Ordered a toy that was not available at any other store on line and was told it was available at Toy Store Inc. I processed the order and then read all the negative reviews which made me skeptical. The order for the toy was put through on Friday evening and was delivered USPS on Monday.

I guess that you cannot always listen to the negative and go with your gut or in this case the desperateness of wanting this particular toy.

Just glad it worked out!

Do not order from this place they don't have inventory control and still take your order. I order a lunchbag for my granddaughter and it was in stock at time but when she had not gotten it after a week, I checked the order status and came up blank. I would strongly urge people to look at there raings before buyin.

Ordered online. 3weeks, no delivery, no phone number, only email, contacted with no response. I advise never do business with a phoneless site and call to confirm before purchase. We may never get our son's christmas present and our only hope is to block charges.

I Usually Don't Write Reviews, But I Am So Irritat

I usually don't write reviews, but I am so irritated by this company I felt I should put one more warning out there against them. I purchased a pillow pet for a Christmas present the first of December. After 2 weeks and no shipment information, I attempted to contact them via email several times with no response except their automated "we received your message" email. I found a phone number that someone had posted and tried to contact them but could get no answer - as others have also posted. Finally after sending them a third email and requesting my order be cancelled and confirmation of cancellation be sent or I was going to report them to the BBB, they sent an email saying the item was backordered and canceled my order. However, the SAME item is still listed on their website as being in stock, but for $20 more than I had ordered it for.....hmmm sound a little shady to me. My advice - STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
