I ordered a bag and waited a couple of weeks but it still hadn't arrived. I emailed asking where the bag was and was told that it was sent out and told to contact royal mail. After another week without it arriving I sent some more emails and was told that a replacement was sent out. I then told them I wanted a refund and my emails was ignored and my account had been cancelled by them. Avoid at all cost these people are theives and need to be shut down. The website may look professional but these people are con artists and need to be on rouge traders.

I ordered this toy for a Christmas present for my baby Grandson...and I am still waiting.I have contacted the seller with zero communication.This shop owner is a thief.Do not waste your money buying from such a person.

Avoid. Bought 2 mobiles from this company (of the "hanging from the ceiling" variety), and never received them, and can't get hold of the seller via phone / ebay / email.

Now trying to get a refund from ebay, although because I didn't go via paypal, I imagine it'll be next to impossible to get.

I came across this website as I was looking for a particular toy. After entering the toy description into google, the website www.tomstots.co.uk appeared in the search results.

The website looks professional, with a large variety of products ranging from re useable nappies, toys to bedroom furniture. They even have the facility to set up your own account, which enables you to purchase the product and manage shopping lists and even query your order status.

The final decider to purchase from this website was the ability to purchase via Paypal. I am so glad I did!

After purchasing a walker, I waited patiently for five days but it did not arrive. I checked my account status and it claimed it had been dispatched.

I wrote a friendly email querying my order but no response in three days. As it was a week before Christmas I was getting really worried as it was a gift (and my nephews first christmas!).

I then tried phoning them, but it rang two or three times and then I got an engaged tone. I tried ringing at different times but always the same engaged tone, even at night!

I have had to raise a dispute through Paypal - but they still have not responded to my dispute! I am sure paypal will refund me.

What a terrible company, how could they have such a lack of communication with their customers.

I am pretty sure they have not even sent my toy, makes me feel sick, what of mums to be buy things without going through paypal and lose their money, it makes me so mad!

I have checked companies house and they are still trading.

They have an ebay shop also, with a lot of bad reviews similar to mine, I only wish i'd had the sense to check this first.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!!
