The Trampoline Arrived On Time. During Assembly We
The trampoline arrived on time. During assembly we noticed the tolerances were poor, however, we did manage to put the trampoline together.
Within three months we discovered that, during some high winds, a few of the trampoline enclosure posts got bent. I spoke with Chris in 'Customer Services' at online toys direct, and he told me this was highly unusual. Promised replacement parts which never arrived.
Wouldn't buy from them again - I'd go for a more expensive trampoline from a high street shop with decent customer service & warranty.

The Trampoline Arrived As Promised - Within 24hrs.
The trampoline arrived as promised - within 24hrs. However, when we put it together one of the metal joints split. I called up immediately. Someone did answer - which hasn't happened since! They wouldn't replace it, but said it was under warranty so they would send a new part. They haven't. That was a month ago. They don't answer the phone at all now. Someone did ring me back once and left a message, but it wasn't to confirm when the part would arrive - which is all I want to talk about!
I fear they may even have gone bust - they aren't picking up the phone at all. I wish I had read the reviews on this site first! Ruined planned summer holiday fun!
